Mission Statement and Policy

My mission is to provide you with unique original designs that have been created soley by me, Michelle Veizaga in my home glass studio. None of my glass beads are mass produced and each one has been quality checked to ensure lasting beauty. I use only high quality material including Moretti, Vetrofond, Bullseye, Gaffer, Uroboros, and Reichenbach glass rods, Swarovski Crystal, precious metals, semi precious stones, and fine fibers. Any time I use another type of material not listed here I will disclose it in the item description. My Goal is to provide you with service and quality.
 
My Policies:
          I sincerely believe that when you receive one of my creations that it will be a treasured piece in your collection however I do have a return policy should you not be 100% satisfied with your item(s). At this time I will offer a refund only to undamaged pieces and within 7 days of receiving item. Shipping is at the customer's expense and I require that insurance is purchased for the return shipping to protect my item. I will refund on a damaged item only if shipping insurance is purchased at the time your order is placed. I use the US Postal Service Priority mail to ship items. My shipping charge is $5.00 and subject to US postal rate increases. If an item is damaged and you have purchased insurance please contact me for your refund the postal service will require proof of damage and the insurance in order to proceed with refund. I usually ship 1-2 business days after receiving payment or if paying by check once the payment is received and has cleared. I only accept Paypal at this time for credit card orders when using the e-check feature in Paypal I require that the funds clear before shipping your item. All information given to me or a representative of SunDoorBeads is kept confidential and is never sold or used by third parties except where deemed necessary to collect payment due.
           All payment is due at time of checkout or when order is complete. I will require a minimum 50% deposit on all Custom Orders due when design has been approved and the remainder upon completion. I will send you an invoice via Paypal to complete your transactions. Any changes made to a completed custom order will be subject to a per hour charge quoted at time of request and will be billed seperately.
           I will gladly repair any of my pieces at an hourly charge of $17 per hour or $25 per piece which ever is greater. I will send a Paypal invoice for charges customer is reponsible for all shipping costs. I will gladly deliver a piece or arrange a pick up if you live in the area please contact me to arrange appointment.
           All of my items leave my studio packed to ensure that your piece arrives safely however I cannot be responsible for damage encurred while shipping so it is advised to purchase insurance.
